Biography
Attorney Sary Magdalena Brea Falcón has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a
concentration in Criminal Investigation from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico,
Metropolitan Campus in San Juan, where she graduated in 2008 Summa Cum Laude.
While studying, she was a member of the Honor Society, receiving a scholarship from
the Honor Program between 2005 and 2008. She was a member of the Criminal Justice
Student Society, holding a board position in 2007. She was elected Secretary of the
Student Council in 2006-2007. Also, was a choir member of the University Choir under
the direction of Dr. Luis A. Olivieri, representing the Institution in 2006 in Panama and
Costa Rica.
Attorney Sary Magdalena Brea Falcón began her law studies at the School of Law
of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, in Ponce, where she obtained
her Juris Doctor degree in 2013, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While studying,
she received the Honors Program distinction and was awarded a scholarship in 2010.
She was a member of the Animal Abuse Prevention Association (A.P.M.A.),
the Puerto Rico Notaries Association Francisco Parra Toro Chapter, and the Federal Bar
Association PUCPR Chapter. She was a writing member of the Puerto Rico Law Journal,
in which she published the article “The social problem of divorce in Puerto Rico” Vol. 52.1 Rev. Der. Pur. p.120.
On February 5, 2014, the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico admitted Brea Falcón to
practice law in Puerto Rico and as a Public Notary on March 6, 2014.
Since her beginnings, Brea Falcón has been committed to justice and helping those at a
social disadvantage, which is why since 2014 she has been a Member of the Puerto
Rico Bar Association, where she provides free help to citizens through the Pro-Bono
Program, Inc. She is a Member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, where had held
several management positions in the Humacao Delegation, since 2018, serving not only
the citizenry but also the legal community in the eastern area.
As part of her commitment to provide excellent legal service, in 2020, Brea Falcón
earned her Master of Laws degree, LL.M., from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at
Hofstra University in the State of New York, United States of America, with a
concentration in Health Law.
As a mother, wife, daughter, and sister, Brea Falcón has the sensitivity necessary to
work with diverse groups of people in an empathetic and responsible manner, which
distinguishes her practice of law from 2014 to the present.

Sary has been a part of the Board of Directors of the Humacao Delegation of the Puerto Rico Bar Association since 2018.
